That doesn't of course mean that Murdoch isn't unpopular - he is very unpopular with a large proportion of people. All billing was correct, BT sport is already on the bill and ready to go. So, I hit the BT Player button, a bt.com address and a 0800 free phone number popped up, so i went to the web address, live chat popped up so I thought Ill use that, into the chat, (Layla) I said that Id bought the box and wanted to set it up, 'no, you have to subscribe to BT TV and we supply the box' as the box I have wouldnt be insured. Our recent move back to BT broadband and phone from sky went incredibly smoothly too. Happy customers don't take to forums to complain. And we have never had a single problem with them, ever. And we have often switched to them or away from them for various deals. We have had BT on and off, for various things, for the last 30 years. If they run their TV channel like this they will not last a year. If someone presses the wrong button even Bruce Willis would not be able to help.
